The cribbage board raffle draw was held this evening at the CPCC Youth Christmas Party. All youth curlers who were present helped mix up the raffle stubs and Santa Claus drew the winning stub. Winner was Lisa POPPLEWELL (Randy Dudding's daughter). All $720.00 of the draw proceeds goes to the Youth Curlers. Organizer, Bob Thompson wishes to thank all who helped with the raffle ticket sales and all those who tried their luck and contributed to our youth curling program. Thanks Bob T.

Since we have already updated the condenser and we received a grant for the chiller, we are redirecting our efforts to update other important infrastructure for our members. The lounge needs an update, we need a new kitchen to serve events, bonspiels and rentals. We will need a new dehumidifier for the ice shed and air conditionning in order to use the facilities all 12 months of the year. Next spring, we need to seal the icepad to prevent degradation, prevent very costly repairs, and avoid problems that could lead to a missed season.
